Glossary

• Customer: This is the person or organization paying for the Order

• Organization: Each User is part of an Organization

• User: An employee who logs into Glide to perform their work

• Quantity: How many/much of a Product is ordered. Max: 99,999,999,999.99999. It goes to 5 decimal point precision

• Message to Customer: When creating a proof a Message can be added which will be shown in proofing to the customer. This is a free-text field which can be populated using the Canned Responses.

• Canned Responses: These are pre-made sentences/paragraphs which can be added to Proof. A bullet-pointed list shown when the Customer views the Proof.
