Workflows

Workflows are designed to give you flexibility throughout the whole order process. There are a number of in-built workflows which you cannot change, a number that you can customise as well as the flexibility to add your own.

Customisable workflows:

• On Proof Response: An Order consists of LineItems and each LineItem can have a Proof dependant upon the Product. This workflow sets the Design status of the entire order once a proof has been accepted or rejected.
  • Some businesses want to start production as soon as a Proof has been approved
  • Other businesses wait until the whole order is Approved before starting production
  • Config:
    • Trigger: On Proof Response
    • Action: Change Manufacturing Status
      • To: Pending
      • Condition: All lines requiring proof have been accepted
    • Action: Change Proof Status
      • To: Rejected
      • Condition: All lines requiring proof have been rejected
